General
How is The IoT Guide different from other providers?
The IoT Guide is a connectivity provider building solutions specifically designed for IoT. Our mission is to enable you to focus on your core business while we take care of the connectivity infrastructure. We founded The IoT Guide because we recognised the lack of enthusiasm and simplicity offered by connectivity providers for our own projects.
We provide the wireless connection you need, whilst maintaining reliable service, offering fair and transparent pricing, granting full network control, and facilitating secure cloud integrations without the need for extensive coding.
In which countries do you provide connectivity?
Check our coverage map for a detailed overview of available countries. Contact us if you need a different geographic area.
What about data portability?
At The IoT Guide we have chosen to provide our customers with a portal that gives the freedom to store your data in the country or data center of your choosing, so you can remain in control of your data.
Do you provide SLA?
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an agreement between The IoT Guide and you as a customer. It is a comprehensive service regarding quality control. The SLA is a standby service provided by The IoT Guide, giving you as a customer the opportunity to report a question, malfunction or change. The support staff on duty will then handle the report. Based on the agreed SLA conditions, a notification of the work performed and any necessary follow-up steps will be provided.
You can choose from the following options:Basic SLA including best effort
Advanced SLA including 5x8 support
Premium SLA including 7x4 support
Extended SLA including 24x7 support.
