Can I use the SIM in every device?

Yes, any device or sensor with a SIM card slot is compatible. We provide 3:1 SIMs, supporting 2FF (nano), 3FF (micro) and 4FF (mini).

What countries are covered?

How do I top-up my IoT Wallet?

You can top-up your IoT wallet directly in the SIM Management Platform.

How is my connectivity fee charged?

After the initial purchase, you have one year to activate the SIM. After activation, your SIM can roam for one year. The connectivity fee for the next year is charged to the wallet during the last month. You can set reminders in the portal. If you suspend your SIM before end-of-year, the connectivity fee won't be renewed.

What is the validity of my wallet credit?

The wallet credit is valid for 1 year. When you top-up any unused credit will be carried over and extended for another year.

What does SIM Management entail?

SIM Management is a key aspect of a well-designed IoT solution. A SIM Management platform allows you to monitor and control all your IoT SIMs from a central place. It displays devices' usage and performance data, enables fast and seamless deployment of new SIMs, bulk modifications and setting rules and alerts.

What is pooled data/SMS?

Your SIMs are attached to a wallet, from which their usage will be deducted. All usage is pooled across SIMs, as opposed to having a balance per individual SIM.

Can I change the configuration of my SIMs later?

Yes, the configuration and 'data plan' can be changed. The first time is offered free of charge, subsequently €25 configuration fee is charged per batch update.
